Returns
Our commitment to customers is that our products are made using high quality materials, with a zero-waste goal in mind. As such, our products are made to order and a thorough quality inspection is performed to confirm products are free of defects prior to shipment to the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us for assistance!
To qualify for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of order delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, modification or damage
- Items must be returned in and include all original packaging (tags, box, etc.)
- Items that are part of a set (or multiples) must be returned as a complete set - no individual items of a set will be accepted
The below items cannot be returned:
- Custom products
- Products marked as final sale
All chains returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, begin by submitting a return request to studio@briardewolfe.com. Please indicate "Return" and include your order number info in the email subject line. Note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
